LOL...Yeah, Baltimore Crime rate was super low before "cops got scared"

And they're setting records now. Wonder who's going to have a higher body count at the end of the year? The blacks or the cops?

I'll wager that the shootings have dick to do with cops being scared. But then again, someone may pick up a gun and decide to commit a crime depending on the level of scared a cop is..

I agree. Nothing to do with cops being "scared", everything to do with blacks not being held accountable for their actions. Poor, poor widdle, picked-on darkies...

Of course it matters. If you live in a city where the DA is prosecuting 6 cops with no evidence of wrongdoing and you know cops are "standing down" instead of doing their jobs, you're more likely to commit a crime.

Case in point, Baltimore.

Well, certain privileged types may be more likely to commit crimes. Human beings, well, they might just hesitate before pulling that trigger.
