Berkeley reverses their decision to ban Coulter...

At the very bottom of the matter there is fear. Leftists are driven by it. There are other motivating factors, to be sure but in the end what drives these home grown terrorists is hatred and a burning fear of being found out as the lying, anti-American cowards they really are. A crippling fear of losing power and control. Of being nothing but a footnote..
Of all our freedoms that need to be nurtured and protected, it's the first amendment that is most precious and as we've come to find out the most vulnerable and easy to destroy.Without the freedoms we take for granted we are just another drive by country with as much relevance as a piece of pie.
I know you are but what am I? The facts are that we have antifas on left and right. The fact is they must be crushed.

Now that the mayor of Berkeley has been outed as antifa, the university is hoping Coulter will be killed and they will not have to have the issue any more.
Are you SURE he's ANTIFA? I saw that article, but is it possible he's just monitoring the site? Cops here do that on FB all the time. Amazing how many probation violations and arrests can be made by scanning FB. LOL

Did he not order cops to stand down while Marxist thugs attacked the Free Speech Rally?
Just a guess. Pols are usually pretty careful who they associate with. Don't know what Free Speech Rally you are talking about, but as long as you're going to call anyone left of you a Marxist, I'm not going to take you seriously, anyway.

The recent riot in Berkeley was a Free Speech Rally attacked by masked ANTIFA.

A group of lefties who dress in all black, wear masks and are so outraged at the though to Free Speech that they violently attack that rally,

why is Marxist not a reasonable term?
Because you are making up a term that does not fit the group

antifas come in right wing versions, too, as we saw at the Trump rallies and the beating and hitting of protesters there
Lol....."antifa" does not come in right wing versions. The antifa are always the aggressors because they are showing up to Trump rallies to start shit.

Welcome back from the custody suites. Yes, antifa certainly comes, historically, from right wing aggressors as well as left. You don't get to hit the guy next to you who is shouting at Trump or Sanders or whomever. That is a crime.

No....antifa is an anarcho-communist movement and always has been. That's what the red and black flags represent. There is no right wing element in or version of antifa.

Pretty much everyone to the left of Sanders is a Marxist.

And that is a whole bunch of Dimmocrats and leftwing third parties.

Sanders is also a Marxist.

Sanders is also a Marxist.

Not as depicted by his policy statements.
He is strongly pro-abortion
On economics he is a mix, wanting to reduce the government with exceptions
  • Should top 1/10 of 1% owns as much wealth as the bottom 90%? (Mar 2016)
  • Yes, limit size of government, but address inequality. (Feb 2016)
  • I led the effort against deregulation, but we lost. (Feb 2016)
  • We need a 21st-century Glass-Steagall legislation. (Feb 2016)
  • The greed of the billionaire class is destroying our economy. (Dec 2015)
  • Almost all new wealth goes to the top 1%. (Oct 2015)
  • Economic justice: Address root causes of economic inequality. (Sep 2015)
  • Economic issues take a larger toll on minority groups. (Jun 2015)
  • Break up large banks; add fees for high-risk investments. (Apr 2015)
  • We've transferred trillions from middle class to the top 1%. (Apr 2015)
  • Comprehensive 12-step agenda for moving America forward. (Jan 2015)
  • Dairy price fluctuations help no one but speculators. (Oct 2012)
  • Why did we bail out South Korea? (Dec 2010)
  • Middle class spending $2,200 each to bail out Wall Street. (Oct 2008)
  • Voted YES on $192B additional anti-recession stimulus spending. (Jul 2009)
  • Voted YES on modifying bankruptcy rules to avoid mortgage foreclosures. (May 2009)
  • Voted YES on additional $825 billion for economic recovery package. (Feb 2009)
  • Voted YES on $60B stimulus package for jobs, infrastructure, & energy. (Sep 2008)
  • Voted NO on paying down federal debt by rating programs' effectiveness. (Mar 2007)
  • Voted NO on restricting bankruptcy rules. (Jan 2004)
  • More enforcement of mortgage fraud and TARP fraud. (May 2009)
  • Ban abusive credit practices & enhance consumer disclosure. (Feb 2009)
He is strong in civil rights for minorities and in theory for majority as well.

Sanders wants to reform our capitalist system, not remove it and replace it with a command economy, which a Marxist would advocate.
  • The auto industry bill was really a bailout for Wall Street. (Mar 2016)
  • If we don't break up banks, we'll be bailing them out again. (Feb 2016)
  • Corporate America & Wall Street won't like President Sanders. (Dec 2015)
  • Wall Street will not be in my Cabinet; their model is fraud. (Nov 2015)
  • I'm not part of casino capitalism that wrecked our economy. (Oct 2015)
  • Fraud is the business model of Wall Street. (Oct 2015)
  • Make Wall Street bail out Wall Street; but middle class did. (Oct 2015)
  • Wall Street business model is a fraud & led us to recession. (Aug 2015)
  • Casino-type capitalism causes devastating problems. (Jul 2015)
  • Break up major Wall Street firms. (Mar 2015)
  • Break up the Wall Street giants; they can't be reformed. (Jan 2015)
  • Crooks on Wall Street started Great Recession & got richer. (Nov 2012)
He is in favor of decriminalizing pot, he wants reform of education, but not by disrupting the current system too much.

He is in favor of gun rights and protecting gun shops.

Sanders is not a Marxist.

The left refers to self defense as right wing antifa. If conservatives would just take their beatings they wouldn't be antifa.

This idea isn't new. It might have come out of inner city school systems where teachers are taught how to take a beating rather than escalate with a student.

Tipsy, the right and the left were out there to brawl, and you are all upset your kind got beat down again.

If Milo can't speak, if Ann can't speak in public, then we have lost Free Speech.

If the government won't protect their rights, against violent street thugs, then the leadership of those who WANT freedom will pass to those who are willing and able to engage in street violence BACK.

America the choice is yours,

Do you want issues decided by a contest of ideas, or do you want this?

You see, again, your Nazis started the fist fights.... not the other way around Cleetus.

YOu are just upset people are punching back.

If yuou cannot see the difference between the peaceful protests at Kent State and the violent, planned attacks on citizens perpetrated by ANTIFA, you are more ignorant than I thought. And that is truly amazing.

ANTIFA? This is like your new word? Obviously, the NG at Kent State didn't think the protesters were "peaceful".

Just to educate yourself...

Kent State shootings - Wikipedia

Trouble exploded in town around midnight, when people left a bar and began throwing beer bottles at police cars and breaking downtown storefronts. In the process they broke a bank window, setting off an alarm. The news spread quickly and it resulted in several bars closing early to avoid trouble. Before long, more people had joined the vandalism.

By the time police arrived, a crowd of 120 had already gathered. Some people from the crowd lit a small bonfire in the street. The crowd appeared to be a mix of bikers, students, and transient people. A few members of the crowd began to throw beer bottles at the police, and then started yelling obscenities at them. The entire Kent police force was called to duty as well as officers from the county and surrounding communities. Kent Mayor LeRoy Satrom declared a state of emergency, called the office of Ohio Governor Jim Rhodes to seek assistance, and ordered all of the bars closed. The decision to close the bars early increased the size of the angry crowd. Police eventually succeeded in using tear gas to disperse the crowd from downtown, forcing them to move several blocks back to the campus.[9]

The decision to call in the National Guard was made at 5:00 p.m., but the guard did not arrive in town that evening until around 10 p.m. By this time, a large demonstration was under way on the campus, and the campus Reserve Officers' Training Corps (ROTC) building[13] was burning. The arsonists were never apprehended, and no one was injured in the fire.

Did you get that? Not only were bottles being thrown, but buildings were being burned...

On the day of the shooting right before the shooting...

While on the practice field, the guardsmen generally faced the parking lot which was about 100 yards (91 m) away. At one point, some of them knelt and aimed their weapons toward the parking lot, then stood up again. At one point the guardsmen formed a loose huddle and appeared to be talking to one another. They had cleared the protesters from the Commons area, and many students had left, but some stayed and were still angrily confronting the soldiers, some throwing rocks and tear gas canisters. About 10 minutes later, the guardsmen began to retrace their steps back up the hill toward the Commons area. Some of the students on the Taylor Hall veranda began to move slowly toward the soldiers as they passed over the top of the hill and headed back into the Commons.

Ya got that, buddy. The ANTIFA protestors were real small pikers compared to their 1960's counterparts. Shit, I was relatively young, but I still remember the Black Panthers, the SLA, the Weathermen, who did shit that makes the ANTIFA guys look like the fucking Girl Scouts.

Sadly, when you usurp democracy, like Nixon did then and Trump is doing now, you should really expect this kind of thing.

Because these aren't kids trying for Marxism, Cleetus. They just don't like Nazis on their campus.

Does not mean they can get violent with them.

This is not 32 in Germany, and you are not the Voice of Liberty, Joey.

The alt right have a place, and as long as they are not violent, well, it's tough to be you, Joey.
