In the 1890 Ottoman Census, they counted 432K Muslims, but only 43K Jews. (also, 57K Christians)

In the 1914 census, the numbers changed to 525K Muslims, 94K Jews, and 71K Christians.

Seems to me the Jews were the ones doing the immigrating, not the Muslims.

Again, I think these claims need some supporting data before considering any significance they might have.
