The Volunteer military service is having issues getting enough people to join. Most of it are those deplorables who are not joining at the numbers needed. We put men in harm's way and then have inept politicians make it worse. This could have been handled differently. Joe has 50 years in D.C. 50 friggin years. Just saying.
