Floyd was not strangled which means placing of hands or object around neck. He was subdued and remained that way until he died from his own lifestyle

Real tough decisions need to be made. And that would end the political careers now that we are a growing social welfare state. There are many people who think the more socialist we become the journey to utopia we will be closer. We cannot compete as we are a nation of many cultures and accusations of hate is a common cry. So instead of opening up opportunities we put everything on a curve to advantage some groups. And we are in decline, and it takes us longer to make large industrial and equitable projects with a decrease in problem solving and with quality.
