That's AFTER running the nation all day. Getting into the office and starting to work at 9:00 a.m. and returning to the residence by 7:00 pm. That's a 10 hour work day. In addition to which, he's added campaigning to the full time job of running the country.

Trump famously had "executive time" until 11:00 am, which was described by staffers as "watching FOX News and calling into new shows" and left for the residence at 6:00. Friday afternoon, he left for one of his golf clubs, and he returned Monday morning.
