Bigot Trump’s Contempt for the Rule of Law

Quit crying, there is historical precedence for this.
The Japanese internment camps?

That too, but Barry and Jimmy did the same thing as Trump has.
They stopped people who had green cards and visas from coming in, or stopped issuing green cards and visas? There is a difference.

Obambi had his own list of nations and if someone trying to come had visited one the chosen nations they were not permitted to come in.
So much for being able to answer a simple question.

Common response when one doesn't get the answer one desires.

The Judge is attempting to supersede federal law himself.

Even if such was the case, then the rule of law is to appeal to a higher court while you obey the current ruling.

Is Trump doing that?

No, he's just saying he doesn't have to obey the law, like every good dictator does. That's not the rule of law.

There was proof of a specific threat when he did that. There is no specific thread now. You don't see the difference?

There is ALWAYS a threat, it is the nature of the beast. A few days ago I posted an article that showed where the "vetting" process had failed, they had allowed many with ties to Terror into the country.

Careful

He has a pen and a phone, and he may use them

“[F]ederal Judge Ann Donnelly of the Eastern District of New York granted an emergency stay on parts of the order late Saturday. Her ruling came in response to a lawsuit brought by the ACLU on behalf of two Iraqi refugees who had been detained at New York's John F. Kennedy airport.

The stay will prevent the government from deporting citizens from the affected countries that had already arrived in the U.S. The ACLU estimated that around 200 people would be affected by the ruling.”

DHS: Trump immigration ban still in place, despite court ruling

But Bigot Trump is ignoring the court; in just a little over a week he’s already violated his oath of office.

The court ruling doesn't stop the ban new immigration policy, it just effected the ones that just arrived. The President has complete authority on immigration, as per the constitution. Obama used his authority to authorize refugees in, it was the wrong thing to do, but it wasn't unconstitutional. Obama also used his authority to ban Iraqi refugees for six months in 2011, also completely legal. Carter also did the same against Iranians.

So, you were saying?

BWHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHYAHAHA!!! Took you two and a half months after the election before you could bear coming back to the board????? How bad was your meltdown????? ROTFLMAO!

It probably took him that long to pass a psychiatric evaluation to get internet privileges at his mental ward.

Hey, Trump didn't swear any oath on a Koran so why are you liberals on his case over something that, to you, is without meaning. Indeed, an object of contempt!
Really amazing your rubes in flyover country are crapping your depends about Muslims and probably have never met or talked to a Muslim. But people in NYC and other large cities live together , Muslims Jews Catholics live in retaliative peace for a long time

The uneducated live in fear
