Billy Graham has died at 99

“Someday you will read or hear that Billy Graham is dead. Don’t you believe a word of it. I shall be more alive than I am now. I will just have changed my address. I will have gone into the presence of God.” --Rev. Billy Graham, 1918-2018

Billy Graham with President Truman...he was 20 in the 50s!

Now united forever with his wife
That is not what the bible says, it says you will have no mate in heaven.

Q:
I know you've probably been asked this before, but will we be reunited with our loved ones in Heaven? I sure hope so. I lost my wife to cancer last year, and about the only thing that keeps me going is the hope that we'll see each other again.

Billy Graham A:
Yes, I have every confidence that we will be reunited with our loved ones who have gone to Heaven before us. Heaven is a place of perfect happiness—and one of its greatest joys will be our reunion with those we love. God loves us, and He will not withhold that joy from us!

I think, for example, of King David in the Bible. When his infant son died, he felt his loss very deeply—and yet David was comforted by the fact that some day they would be reunited. When news came of the baby’s death, David declared, “Can I bring him back again? I will go to him” (2 Samuel 12:23).

I think too of the occasion when Jesus’ appearance was changed (or transfigured) and His heavenly glory shone through. We are told that Moses and Elijah also appeared—and they were recognized by the disciples who were with Jesus, proving that we will retain our individuality in Heaven (see Luke 9:28-36).

Take comfort in the truth that if you know Christ and are trusting Him for your salvation, some day you will be reunited with those who have gone to Heaven before you. But take comfort most of all in the fact that you will be with Christ, and you will share in Heaven’s glory. Is your faith and hope in Him? The Bible says, “We know that when Christ appears, we shall be like him, for we shall see him as he is” (1 John 3:2).
Thank you for proving Graham knows nothing about the bible, or he would have correctly answered with the parable of the wife of 7 brothers. It only appears in Matthew, Luke and Mark so it would have been easy for him to miss it.

Matthew 22: 23 That same day the Sadducees, who say there is no resurrection, came to him with a question. 24 “Teacher,” they said, “Moses told us that if a man dies without having children, his brother must marry the widow and have children for him. 25 Now there were seven brothers among us. The first one married and died, and since he had no children, he left his wife to his brother. 26 The same thing happened to the second and third brother, right on down to the seventh. 27 Finally, the woman died. 28 Now then, at the resurrection, whose wife will she be of the seven, since all of them were married to her?” 29 Jesus replied, “You are in error because you do not know the Scriptures or the power of God. 30 At the resurrection people will neither marry nor be given in marriage; they will be like the angels in heaven.
Graham forgot more of scrpture than you'll ever know about it.
Obviously not, as I remembered the correct scripture that he couldn't. I have found that I know more scripture than all the televangelists put together.
satan knows every verse in the Bible.

I dont agree with him doctrinally but I've always admired his zeal.

I do not understand why some call him hateful and racist. He was the exact opposite.

While I have no issue with his comment it does clearly show it is coming from someone who is clearly not a Christian.

he is clearly not a president, too.

People have devoted their lives trying to understand the mentally ill left. Not worth the effort, but I CAN answer your question.

Jesus said, I am the Way... No man can come to the father, except by me.

That means, UNLESS YOU ARE A REAL CHRISTIAN, you will not see eternal life.

Graham believed that. The left believes there are many paths. Jesus said no.
