People can stop believing that those who have different views from them are their enemy.

It's been going on since the 80s. It has only gotten worse. Especially since we have a president who seems to believe that those who don't share his views is an enemy and encourages violence, praises violence. Tells the world that the media is the enemy of the people. And so much more.

We can have leaders who are mature adults. We can have a nation of mature adults. It can't happen over night but it is possible.

Realize that we all want the best for our nation, that good ideas come from both the democrats and republicans. That the best way to stop all this is to find what we do agree on, what we do have in common and build from there.

People need to start acting like real Americans or things are only going to get worse.

There is a lot of truth in " United we stand. Divided we fall."
