That's the problem with lawsuits. It isn't about justice, it's about lawyers making arguments. It seems great when it's families suing the Saudis, but what about when it's former Gitmo detainees suing for being detained without a speedy trial? Right and wrong have nothing to do with litigation, that's why we don't want to open this door.
