Stupid, they throw out cases against KNOWN guilty people all of the time for the smallest infraction, like not reading a person their rights, or searching a home without a warrant, even if they find PROOF of guilt within the house.

The accused is entitled BY LAW to a fair and honest trial. The DA in this case is now a proven criminal who used her position to hire and influence (bribe) others in the case. Worse, she was even fucking the prosecutor. That is as crooked and slimy as it gets. This case will be thrown out or appealed and overturned now without a doubt.

Wrong again, Jeeves. It is a prosecutor's job to prosecute, but a "notion" of guilt is not the same as making a public ACCUSATION of guilt before the case even begins.
