Ok, looking into this. It appears it;s a mug shot of Jason Brian Dalton from Saline County Arkansas. Violation of a protection order. Could be the same guy but that pic was taken in 2013 and if so he aged quickly.

I have a 2008 hhr 36 miles per gal hwy , i get between 350 and 400 mp tank, there are a lot of them around
