Breaking: North Charleston cop about to go free!!!

Look at 0:07. Slager's right hand is on gun. Left hand extended out towards Scott. Taser is flying several feet behind him. Who threw it if both Slager's hands are accounted for doing something else? A ghost?

Let's clear up a few fucking FACTS!
Scot was following his training to 'secure the scene' when he picked up the Taser the SCOTT HAD SHOT SLAGER WITH AS PROVEN IN THE VIDEO!!!!.

That's not a 'fact'. That's not even alleged by anyone. You're just making this shit up as you go along.

Both cartridges of the taser had already been fired: at Scott. It was impossible for Scott to shoot Slager, even if he had the taser. Scott didn't have the taser. The taser was at the foot of officer Slager.

Scott was running from Slager without any taser. Slager shot him 8 times, shooting Scott everywhere from the ear to through his heart.

There were no taser barbs in Slager. There were no injuries consistent with Slager having had a taser used against him. Slager never says that the taser was used against him in any of the dispatch recordings, any incident report, any police report, or any report from any other officer responding on the scene.

So much for your 'fact'.

The Taser was still capable of being used as a stun-gun. You think the Taser should sit on the ground where anyone could have picked it up? Wake up!

Not while the taser is at the officer's feet and the suspect is running away from him at a distance of 20 feet.

Your narrative is physically impossible under the circumstances of the shooting.

Think.

EXCEPT...that's not the taser at his feet. HERE is video of the taser....flying behind Slager...as Slager had both hands on his gun (so....who threw it????)

You do realize that in your video the 'it' is already on the ground before Slager even draws his fire arm, right?

Flying backwards as Slager draws his gun. Who threw it?

It was already on the ground BEFORE Slager threw his gun. Watch the slow mo. They even put a little red marker around the 'it', while it bounces on the ground.......before Slager's gun is drawn.

So much for your claim that 'both slager's hands were on his weapon'. Did you even watch the video?

One was on the weapon. The other was extended out towards Scott. So...who threw it?

And in SC....only 4 things are considered at bond court:
- Nature of the crime
- Flight risk
- Rap sheet
- Gang affiliation

So....what Scott did with the taser wasn't relevant. If defense presented it...prosecution could've cross examined and demanded evidence...which is stupid in a PRE TRIAL hearing because then solicitor gets extra time to prep to defeat that argument.

Then why did Savage make no mention of Slager having been hit by taser darts? Savage went on for nearly 20 minutes about all of Slager's injuries. But never once mentions the taser darts, claims that Slager was ever hit by a taser in the incident, nor even alleges that Scott *tried* to use the taser against Scott.

Rather relevant details, don't you think?

Then why did Savage go on for 20 minutes about the injuries his client received? The attack his client was supposedly under by Scott?

And if Savage is describing the attack against his client....why did he suddenly omit any mention of his accusation that Scott tried to fire the taser twice at Slager?

You can't have it both ways.

And I'm STILL waiting for your source that they couldn't pull finger prints from Slager's Glock.

Slager's audio transmission said "He got my taser".

Scott took the taser. He was under arrest...just resisitng...and not cuffed. He had cocaine and alcohol in his system.

The Supreme Court has ruled that cops CAN use deadly force if...during an arrest...they are threatened with a weapon. Graham v. Connor. Slager's academy...like most...teach 1 + 1 force. 1 over what the suspect has. Taser + 1 = gun.

He's going free folks. Go ahead and get some popcorn for the riot.

He radioed that Scott had "taken his taser" after Scott was already dead - right about the same time he placed the taser next to Scott's body.

Any sentient person can see the Taser barbs coming from Slager's chest.
But don't worry. The SP has seen the video and a GJ will see the video which makes your stupid claim/s laughable.

Thank God you'll never be a defense attorney.
Slager attorney is one of the best in the country.
You're an idiot.
The attorney is playing three dimensional chess and you're playing checkers.
Fly away now 'butterfly'.

Right hand on weapon. Left hand extended out towards Scott. Taser in motion behind Slager. Who threw it?

Plumhoff v. Rickard 2014 SCOTUS ruling. If officers believe a fleeing felon is a danger to "other officers ON FOOT in the area" deadly force is justified. Slager thought Scott had his taser. Other officers on foot were on the way. Yet another angle he's gonna be cleared.

Justices seem to side with police in deadly chase case - CNN.com

What the fuck is wrong with you? You'd find a way to justify cops shooting a 10 year old with a plastic gun..

And I'm STILL waiting for your source that they couldn't pull finger prints from Slager's Glock.

Easy. Glocks have a rough surface on the grip. You can't take prints from a rough surface like sandpaper, carpet, rock....or weapon grips. It's common law enforcement knowledge. Tasers have rough grip surface too. Add sweat and add Slager picking it up...no possible prints. CSI people would laugh at your question.

Are you really fucking dumb to imagine one of the best defense attorneys in the country is going to lay all their cards on the table just so some fuck-wit on the internet like you can see them.
You REALLY need to wake up pal.
I recall a bunch of fools just like you demanding ALL the evidence be put on the Internet for ALL to see in the 'Big Mike ' and T-Boner cases in the first week.

Apparently Slager couldn't. He never mentions being hit by any taser barbs....ever. Even his attorney has never alleged Slager was ever hit by a taser. Not in court or out.

There's no mention in any incident report. No mention by slager. No mention in any police report. None of the Freedom of Information Requests have ever produced a document that makes any mention of it. No mention by any responding officer. No injury consistent with taser hit. No mention in any injury report. No mention in any dispatch recording. Nor did Savage make any mention of it today in Slager's bond hearing.

So Slager, his attorney, the responding officers and the medical team that treated Slager 'werent' sentient'?

Or do you just not know what you're talking about.

His attorney already made the claim to the press four days ago. But now its a secret?

Nope. Try again.

Yep in that case he blames the 10 year old for the cop shooting him and sympathetic toward the poor...OFFICER!

Laughing.....prove it. Show me evidence for anything you've said. Your arguments always devolv e into the same hapless bullshit: you 'saying' it must be so, backed by nothing.

You citing you isn't evidence. Show me that none of Slager's prints were pulled from his Glock. And that none of slager's prints were pulled from the taser. You citing you insisting it must be so is meaningless.
