BREAKING: One of the Witnesses at the Trump Bedminster meeting testified they had no memory of Trump displaying Classified Documents to interviewers

Actualy VP's have had that authority ever since George W. Bush granted it to Dick Cheney in his national security EO, and retained in subsequent EO's.
Bull shit.
The president cannot pass his authority to classify/declassify to the VP.
There are other's in government that have the ability to classify documents, but the VP has no actual powers. He's just there to replace the POTUS in case of death, incapacitation, or impeachment.
Biden couldn't declassify stolen documents if his life depended on it.

Nor his public bathrooms or stages in Ballrooms and all the other unsafe places the documents were put.
The FBI put that stuff there.
That's why they wouldn't let Trump's lawyers inside to keep an eye on them.

Would you believe that everything Trump has (except two letters mentioned earlier) are copies, not originals?
Archives already has all of the originals, and have everything digitized so they can make copies.

Where do you think Trump got his copies from in the first place?

The fact remains, Biden's corrupt government is using prosecutorial overreach to attack a political opponent.

31 classified documents found in Trump's possession are listed in the indictment.

Why don't you special retards read it before falling for yet another hoax?

Goddam, you are making yourselves look willfully stupid!
Actually you're the idiot. :auiqs.jpg:

Where did Trump get his documents from?

Where they all written by hand?
Did somebody write them with a quill and make an original signed by the president?

No. Trump HAS COPIES OF THOSE DOCUMENTS!!

Everything he has is a copy someone printed from a PDF on a printer.

Everything he has is a reproduction that has a digital copy already in the system and already in the archives.:auiqs.jpg:

Irrelevant. Having the documents (copies or originals) is not allowed. The government prosecutes people for this all the time.

Bull Shit.
The government already has the original digital form of those documents in their computer files.
They don't need those documents.
The president gave them an opportunity to take those documents and they passed. So, everything Trump took with him was automatically declassified.
The president also shredded some of his copies when he was POTUS and someone in his staff tried taping them back together to see what he was shredding. They even floated some fake news about him flushing documents down the toilet.

Nope. What is going on is the FBI is trying to hide their own malfeasance.
Trump had copies of Operation Crossfire-Hurricane and Garland was trying to get rid of the evidence by raiding Mar-a-Lago.

Trump doesn’t need those documents. The government needs to protect national security and having highly classified documents outside of the monitoring and security of the government risks national security.

The government prosecutes people who take copies of classified documents all the time. Someone was sentenced to a few years of prison for just that offense last week.
The president gave them an opportunity to take those documents and they passed.
This is absolutely false. No one from the government was allowed to search Trump’s property to look for these documents.
The president also shredded some of his copies and someone in his staff tried taping them back together see what he was shredding.
That is also illegal.

This is also false. Trump’s own cronies are suing the government to try to get these records. Why would he sue the government if Trump had a copy of the documents?

Yes, of course what he has are copies, and not originals! But that makes these National Defense documents no less sensitive or dangerous to human sources and our Nation if leaked or handled in any lofty manner.

A special prosecutor was hired, to separate the AG... appointed by the President, from the Politically charged investigation and case.

That's how it works.

They watched the whole thing on security cameras. All you have are lies.

This is astonishing. The Special Counsel has just had their narrative obliterated. This is grounds for Judge Eileen Cannon to dismiss the case.

Read this feed and look at the date.

And guess what.....

Trump was not charge for anything to do with that document............so that audio tape is pointless...

The recording admittedly doesn’t exactly cast Trump in a positive light, but the media may be grossly overstating the relevance of the Iran memo discussed in the recording.

Let me explain.

As CBS News reporter Catherine Herridge points out, the Iran memo was not part of the evidence included in the 31 counts Trump faces for the willful retention of national defense information.
----

The Defense Department memo on Iran — at the heart of the now-public audio recording that captured a July 2021 meeting with former President Donald Trump — is not part of the 31 counts of willful retention of national defense information charged in special counsel Jack Smith’s indictment of the former president, a source familiar with the matter confirmed to CBS News.
-----
However, a reliable source has clarified that Trump was not charged with retaining the Iran memo.

Curious, isn’t it? Since the indictment dropped, that has been presented as the most damning evidence against him, yet he wasn’t charged for it.

No....a democrat party operative was appointed special prosecutor.....big difference.

It proves that Trump lied when he claimed he declassified all the documents he took home.

No......we don't know what this will mean........we have audio only and taken out of context......but keep hoping......

All you have is lies. The lawyers weren't allowed inside during the search for some reason.

Trump's lawyers in NY watched the FBI doing their nasty little act over a private feed, which is why the FBI tried to get the cameras turned off.
Trump's defense team said they would release the footage of the search when the time comes.
Since the government had no right to that footage, it is considered private property.
