Breaking! QAnon Shaman Jacob Chansley is released 14 months early from prison after Jan. 6 footage showed him being ESCORTED into Senate by cops

Says who? You morons aren’t smart enough to know this for a fact.

It says it in the OP's article you absolute ingrate.

Which is hilarious, given another one of your ilk tried to use said article to disprove the notion of the tapes being exculpatory to begin with.

Jesus, what a bunch of hapless babies.

Max time off is 54 days per year, dumbass. So simple a moron could look it up.

Except for YOU!
He’s going to a halfway house, not being released. The bureau can do that for the last year or someone’s sentence.

Morons.

Quote it.

I already fucking did. See post #43.

The most pathetic part, though, is you're implicitly admitting you can't even be bothered to read the very article you're commenting on.

It's almost as if you're a total partisan hack or something.

Hmmm, 14 months to go. A year is how long?

DURRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

Like I said, we can count. You, not so much.

Check out the left wing fuckery in this thread about the Shaman.

:auiqs.jpg:

The TDS is unreal.

That's why I made the thread about it. I knew the libs would have a meltdown like at Three Mile Island

He was accused of violating Violent Entry and Disorderly Conduct in a Capitol Building, 40 U.S.C. § 5104(e)(2)(A)

Despite the name of that statute, not every section under 40 U.S.C. § 5104 is based on a violent crime.

So what about section (e)(2)(A) ilcontains anything about violence?

Talk about goalpost moving.

It. says. violent. you. fucking. tard.

He was accused but never charged because charges mandate a trial. Instead he was imprisoned awaiting charges and a trial

They don’t need a confession. They have him on video. It’s an open and shut case.

They want him to take a plea deal to save everyone the hassle of going to trial.

Lang wants the hassle, so he gets a hassle. 800 days in prison is the hassle. It doesn’t really matter anyway since he’s going to get a longer sentence.

What's amazing is that you're totally clueless about how your statements show what you truly are, a fascist.

What a stunning example of a non answer.
I and the 81 million other voters didn't think he had dementia......I understand saying that about him is cope on your part....

But for it to be true, one will have to remind you....you worship the moron who lost to him....

And years after it....this moron still whine about it everyday like a bitch....while the other guy eats ice cream and lives life...

No one worships Trump. And he didn't lose. We had our votes stolen. Stolen elections have consequences.

He was released for good behavior, not because of Tucker Carlson. It is normal policy to subtract a certain amount of time for good behavior.

Chansley now has to spend time in a halfway house.

He's no longer a fan of Donald Trump. He realized he was conned by the Big Liar.
Democrats of course would oppose his release as he is a symbol of their “insurrection.” They insisted the Jan 6th riot was as big a deal as 9/11 or Pearl Harbor.

You may not like the fact but the videos Tucker Carlson showed did help Chansley get off early.
