Breaking: Sydney Powell and Chesebro Ratting

And they are now prosecuting people who exercised freedom of speech?
This is a lie invented by your propagandists who knew you would not take the time to read the indictments.

Don't be such a submissive parroting cuck!

Now let's hear you explain how illegally breaking into voting machines is "free speech".

Let's hear you explain how creating illegal fake electors and sending fake certifications to Congress is "free speech".

This should be fun.

What crime did he conspire to commit?

Co-conspirator 5: Kenneth Chesebro

The indictment describes this co-conspirator as “an attorney who assisted in devising and attempting to implement a plan to submit fraudulent slates of presidential electors to obstruct the certification proceeding.”

Cross-referencing quotes in the indictment with quotes in the Jan. 6 committee report (and media reports) makes clear that Kenneth Chesebro is co-conspirator 5. For example, the indictment says on page 24 that “Co-Conspirator 5” wrote in an email on Dec. 11, 2020, that “it could appear treasonous for the AZ electors to vote on Monday if there is no pending court proceeding.” The Jan. 6 committee’s report cites a New York Times article quoting Chesebro as writing that email with that same quote.

According to the indictment, this co-conspirator was helping the Trump campaign’s legal efforts for a recount in Wisconsin when he drafted a series of memos that eventually turned into “a corrupt plan to subvert the federal government function by stopping Biden’s electors votes from being counted and certified.”

An attorney in Arizona recounted in an email on Dec. 8, 2020, what co-conspirator 5 told him: “His idea is basically that all of us (GA, WI, AZ, PA, etc.) have our electors send in their votes (even though the votes aren’t legal under federal law – because they’re not signed by the Governor); so that members of Congress can fight about whether they should be counted on January 6th. … Kind of wild/creative.”
Trump indictment: Who are the 'co-conspirators'?

the dude plead guilty.

They are all for exercising free speech, moron.
Lol, no they aren't.

FFS. Did you even bother to check the indictments?

"one count of conspiracy to defraud the United States applies to Trump's repeated and widespread efforts to spread false claims about the November 2020 election while knowing they were not true and for allegedly attempting to illegally discount legitimate votes all with the goal of overturning the 2020 election, prosecutors claim in the indictment."

"one count of conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding was brought due to the alleged organized planning by Trump and his allies to disrupt the electoral vote's certification in January 2021."

"one count of obstruction of and attempt to obstruct an official proceeding is tied to Trump and his co-conspirators' alleged efforts after the November 2020 election until Jan. 7, 2021, to block the official certification proceeding in Congress."

"one count of conspiracy against rights refers to Trump and his co-conspirators alleged attempts to "oppress, threaten and intimidate" people in their right to vote in an election."

The actions Trump took for each of these indictments is in the charges accompanying the link.

They are actions, not words.

It's really all about what Trump knew an when .... and UGGGGUELY what did Trump say about who won. Trump doesn't have defenses left. He can't blame the lawyers, and he can't stop the prosecution from making them tell

You could do yourself some favors by simply reading what he admitted guilt to which was conspiracy to file false documents. Namely the fraudulent elector certifications.

he won't because he wants to stay poorly educated... so donny will love him long time.

They aren't Trump's lawyer, nimrod.
It was Chesebro himself that argued his memos outlining the fake elector scheme fell under attorney client privilege. It was rejected not because he wasn't Trump's attorney but because the judge ruled the memos were likely evidence in a conspiracy to commit fraud and therefore fell outside of privilege.

Free speech, in other words..

You're trying to call speech an action.

Can you post links to thee documents and exactly what was done with them?

That doesn't make Powell Trump's lawyer, dumbass. The memos are legal advice. Anyone who says otherwise is simply a partisan asshole.

Wrong, asshole.
