Trump will not actively seek charges, but police, district attorneys, the FBI or even other countries might and probably will. Against the foundation if not her directly.

She has shamed her party, is too old to seek another try at the presidency, the foundation is in trouble even before charges are brought, her corruption has been exposed to the world.............. who really know what has been done to her health.

Trump won't, seek charges but no doubt others will try.

She might still have to face more question before congress over her e-mails and pay for play.

Trump does not control others as far as what they might find and do.

It might have been some kind of bargain with Obama that he would not publicly pardon her if Trump would not be the one to actively seek more investigation from the WH as a political revenge for the election.

The party might also be facing investigation of rigging and illegal votes, of which Clinton might be considered an accomplice.
