She was driving without headlights because she was frantic to get away from George. That she talked to the police while drunk and they did not notice is ridiculous.

The police would not file charges unless there was a good case, and since it is Zimmerman and they do not want to be embarrassed, they would not file charges unless it was a very good case. To say the police would file a weak case that won't hold up is silly.

"Silly"? Police charge and hold people on charges they know can't stick all the time! They then parade them from a cell to an interrogation room to find what they're really looking for....With Zimmy it's simply a matter of overreacting so they don't get embarrassed by the local leftist rag who feels betrayed about rooting for Trayvon and getting skunked by a jury. Cops don't play fair....thinking they do is naive.
