Brett Kavanaugh was forced out of a DC restaurant by protesters amid anger at SCOTUS overturning Roe v Wade

Going into a private restaurant to violate a political enemy in an attempt to coerce compliance to your Reich is insurrection,

Violent and evil - that's the Nazi democrats.
just because your feefees get hurt is not an insurrection.
An insurrection is an attempt to take over a government by force.

We went over the edge long ago. And the right wing extremist court is part of the problem. The court should not have taken away a right the people had.
"Right wing extremist court"? Do you mean one that actually applies the Constitution to its decisions? SCOTUS didn't take any rights away; all it did was return the matter to the state legislatures where THE CONSTITUTION says it belongs. The liberals back in '63 took Abortion to the courts because they lacked the popular support to pass legislation. I fully expect most states to legalize some form of abortion because of the current public support for it.

Do you realize the Constitution is only four pages long with most of the document detailing the formation of Congress, Executive and Judicial Branch?

Most of our laws are NOT covered
And those laws are illegal. Unless the Constitution explicitly gives a power to the Federal Government that power remains with the "several states or the people". That's from the Tenth Amendment that was specifically designed to curb to power of the central government by the states represented by their delegates at the Constitutional Convention. Without the Tenth Amendment and the rest of the Bill of Rights, there would not an America because most of the states refused to accept the Constitution as originally written.

Just because violent terrorists attacked the federal government in an attempt to coerce policy is in fact an attempt to take government by force, traitor.

no violence, its not a riot.
An insurrection involves a violent takeover; you'd need to force a change of government officials to have that.

Maybe Kavanaugh will grow some stones and provoke one of the lefties into violence. Shouldn't be too hard.

Yeah, that never happened before in America until President Trump, huh. Ignorant stooge.

What does Kavanaugh have to be intimidated about?

His decision is made…..he is just being held accountable for it

You reap what you sow

You leftists can't do anything without backfiring these days. What % of Americans find this tactic savory do you think?
