I have no desire to teach you about how Nazis were not socialist. If you want to lean something, go dig up one of the many threads about it.
Did you know that Fascists approved many of the labour regulations still in force in Italy? For example, they created the Contratto Collettivo Nazionale del Lavoro (National Collective Labour Contract), which today still prevents employers from applying flexible bargaining rules. The modern Italian Constitution (which was written by communists, socialists and left-wing christian democrats) and strong politicized trade unions make it almost impossible to pass a serious labour reform.
Mussolini also created the IRI. Imagine a 100% government-owned holding that runs every kind of businesses: national TV, banking and insurance, shipbuilding, chemical... everything. Of course, they didn't care about making a profit. It lasted for 60 years. The IRI was a fascist creature but communists and socialists always defended, and still defend it, as an alternative to free-market capitalism. This economic culture is still ruling Italy.

By the way, did you know that Mussolini was a socialist leader and director of party's daily paper Avanti?
