I moved out of my home state,California in 1972. Just out of the Army I rounded a corner in a residential neighborhood into about 12 CHP cars. I was told it was a 'safety' inspection. My car was flying an up to date safety sticker showing it had passed like it always had every year at registration but that meant nothing. The safety of my trunk was inspected along with the interior including under my seats. Two weeks latter I left the state when they said I no longer had a Fourth Amendment before they even got started on the Second.Just when we thought he may be coming around a little bit he goes and pulls this bullshit. The reserve fleet, or what was left of it anchored around the corner from my home town Vallejo was said to be harming the environment. California decided it had to go. Ever since Bill Clinton shut down Mare Island my home town has had sky high unemployment. Mare Island has two dry docks that could have scraped those ships bring jobs back to the town. California had the ships towed to Brownsville, Texas to be taken apart. Just how long have the inmates been running that asylum now,50 years?
The Percideo Army Base, a prime piece of property was given to the people of San Francisco to become a city park. What i became was upper middle class homes built by Nancy Pelosi husband. How did the people of S. F. react to this profit making scam of Pelosi? They re-elect this woman.
