California's population fell by 500,000 people between April 2020 and July 2022 as residents fled the state in droves to find greener pastures.

Census data showed migration out of the state surpassed those coming into the state by more than 700,000 throughout the two-year period, according to the Los Angeles Times. California's major cities have been plagued with homelessness, crime and skyrocketing housing costs.

Only New York came close to matching California's exodus, with the Empire State losing roughly 485,000 residents between 2020 and 2022..

Meh, few white men can really trace their ancestral roots prior to the late 1700s back to CA, they all moved there.....Sorta like Texas or any of the other border states.

My daughter lived in San Diego for 20-odd years till it got unsafe to venture out after it went to total dem control and then she moved back to Virginia and brought her gop voting record with her.

SD was the last gop bastion in S. CA. As soon as dems took control it went to hell in a hurry.....A decent life dies with dems.
