None of those cited scriptures even imply that profit is evil.

Acts shows that dishonesty and lying is wrong. The profit wasn't wrong.

The rest show how people should be balanced in their view of money.

If you guys really believed this was a good idea you wouldn't be trying to get the feds to do the same thing, you would wait and use the example of California to prove to everyone how great the law is after it dropped unemployment n California to 0.
