That's my personal fav by CStevens and can play an amateurish version of it on the piano, but nothing even comparable to that guy....true natural talent indeed. Lovely.

Wakeman's fluidity playing those mini-arpeggios is remarkable, especially at his age. Rock-solid timing, not a single note clammed or missed.

I have to also mention "The Boy With The Moon and Star on his Head", from his album, Catch Bull At Four. Exquisite song from an exquisite album.

Exactly. He was misquoted about his feelings about writer Salmon Rushdie. He went along with the Islamic scripture, agreeing that Rushdie should be executed for his anti-Islamic beliefs. The problem is that Mr. Stevens never really said that. I've seen some fairly recent footage of Cat (Yusuf), from the last ten years. He's extremely likeable and humble. He recently re-recorded the album, Tea for The Tillerman. He still sounds good.
