It's funny, that one of the big excuses Democraps made last time around, for their losses, was to accuse Republicans of gerrymandering, without offering any evidence at all to back up this claim; and in fact, without giving any evidence that those who made this claim even know what gerrymandering is, how it works, what it entails, or what its limitations are.

The article linked in the OP does not use the word “gerrymandering”, but what that is exactly what Ms. Abrams is being described as plotting to do.
