CBO: extending unemployment benefits creates 19,000 jobs per billion dollar stimulus

Bush had unemployment in the 4-5% for most of his term, you libs don't seem
to be able to grasp that bit of reality. There just weren't a lot of people
to fill the job growth you're talking about. Now go sit down.

If you take away the government jobs, Ex-president murdering war-criminal lost
653,000 private sector jobs during his 8 years in office. The only president in
history to lose jobs over two full terms.

But according to your lie, he lost those jobs is because he put too
many people too work. That's a fun lie.
:stupid: :laugh2: :salute: :asshole:

For Republicans, Lying is a way of life.

So you had to resort to being disengenuous with your post, son.
I stated for most of his TERM the unemployment was between 4-5%.
YOU needed to use the last year of his term to achieve your premise, disregarding the rest of his term and shifting what I stated, mind you that was when the recession was taking hold.
Now do I need to remind you that the the unemployment started to deteriorate when the democrats took control of congress AND the senate?
Next time you run your mouth off looking like a friggin, stooge, you might not want to play fast and loose with YOUR facts. :eusa_whistle:

MAYBE because the last year of his terms revealed what a BOZO he was.

the establishment data private figure you seem determined to use does not include the self employed, nor business owners. Sorry, no can do as those are important within the over all employment figure.

I find it shocking none of you understand how capitalism works.

I am wholly let down that you...a self proclaimed expert on Keynesian Economics cannot help me understand what he meant by "counter cyclical measures."

"Blue-Collar Eddy" is shit-for-brains Eddy and going on iggy with his pals.

He also doesn't know math - I'll repeat -
BLue coller eddy - you might also want to check to see what is wrong with your links numbers as well.
Jan 2001 private sector - 111,661
http://www.bls.gov/news.release/hist...t_02022001.txt
Jan 2009 private sector - 112,041
http://www.bls.gov/news.release/arch...t_02062009.pdf

an increase of 380 not a loss as you state

And that does not include the self-employed, business owners, et al which are
Jan 2001 household data employed 135,999
participation rate 64.5
JAn 2009 household data employed 142,099
participation rate 65.5
an increase of 6100

an average of 762.5 more per year

December 2013
household data 144,586

an average of 506.4 per year

oh, I forgot, participation rate under Obama latest release -

62.8

And that would be because the economy lost millions of jobs in the first place.

Yet, you tout the millions of jobs that Obama created and the participation rate is sinking.
Also, it shows that Obama isn't bright enough to turn things around himself.

It's staggering that you can find people who really believe this economic alchemy.
Anytime you pump money into the economy you stimulate it and thus create jobs so the president is correct. Extending unemployment benefits will create jobs. The points that should be debated is not whether it will create jobs but rather what kind of jobs are created, how efficient is extending unemployment benefits at creating jobs, and what happens to those jobs when the unemployment benefits stop.

The CBO says the debt is unsustainable, they say social security is unsustainable, they say Obamacare is unsustainable. Our entire government and its programs are unsustainable, when are we going to wake up and get the debt and the spending under control. The Dems and Repubs, seem to think this is all sustainable, that every thing is ok. It's time to face reality.

It IS unsustainable but try telling that to the idiot sycophants who are following Obama off the cliff.

How do you not understand the basics of supply and demand?
