“National security leaders should look closely at what Chinese officials’ words and China’s military actions say about how the People’s Liberation Army might actually fight a war,” a US military academy analysis warns.
They say it’s a war already well under way. That means the start of any ‘conventional’ conflict will be murky and confused. And, even once the shooting starts, sowing doubt and disbelief will be a significant weapon in its arsenal.
It will involve police.
It will involve militias.
It will involve civilians.
And all will serve to pave the way for the People’s Liberation Army’s more traditional weapons to find its target.
It’s called the “Grey Zone”.
It’s the space between peace and war.
It’s where coercion, intimidation, propaganda and manipulation are at play.

I think China released the virus intentionally and that our intelligence services know it. Trump even hinted to it once...and hence his naming it the Chinese Virus and that China would pay for it......we will not come out and say it clearly because to do so would obligate us to declare a war we are not prepared for.

Yes, modern warfare has started, and it started quite a long time ago, but a lot of people still feel that shooting people is the only right way of conducting war.

Russia was way ahead of China, but China stood to gain a lot from it.

Hacking, manipulation of the populace etc are how it's going.

China has no open media. Almost impossible for the US to manipulate Chinese inside of China. But China is opening itself up to attack by automating EVERYTHING, from policing to social policies.

If the US could hack China's social credit system and CCTV system in five or ten years time, they could literally take down the CCP.

To the CCP Taiwan is just a chess piece in the long war. The use of biological warfare against the Western world that began at the end of trade negotiations with America.
