You can watch it happen. China is shoving around the Philippines navy and might create war.
Biden is helpless to stop China. Trump will not allow China to attack our friends ships.

What is your solution if you have one?

They have been ratcheting it up against the Philippines, Vietnam,.Taiwan, Japan,.Australia,.even India. this is why so many of us see the signs of WWIII occuring and sometimes it won't matter what we do or say, it will simply come down to their means. Which is why we have to draw the line in the sand when it comes to helping.them economically.

Might be good to start sinking all these islands outside their territorial waters they just took over and built military bases on.

Nope. A ship intentionally ramming another ship is an act of war. Sink the perps. But leave anything not actively engaging in offensive operations alone.

But the second an attack is launched from one of those islands you blow the shit out of it.

One significant difference between China and the Philippines is that the Chinese (CCP anyway) do not respect life; the Filipinos do. When I visited there about 10 years ago, I saw at least one Catholic church in every town I visited, and well attended.

To heck with Taiwan. If we will get involved at all, let's defend the Philippines first. Then we can see about Taiwan.

I hired an appraiser who was born and raised in Taiwan. They really do not like the Chinese one bit. She gave me the history of that Island and said they will fight the Chinese and make China suffer.

Because you visited and they have catholic churches. Unreal.

Actually, my real thought west was to if possible, just keep as much of these island bases intact if China starts to use them offensively, drive the Chinese off of them, then take them over as new American bases in the south China sea looking right down their throats. Impractical, never going to happen I know, but it makes one feel good as a way of sort of making up for that Bagram air base in Afghan we should have kept. Too bad the USA is likely never to have the stones.

Valuing life is high on my criteria list for determining if I would want to help. Maybe even go to war to defend.
What criteria do you use to determine your friends from your foes?

Yeah, the level of your stupidity, and utter ignorance, IS pretty unreal.

Can you wipe your own ass or do you need help?

So there was a bit of staged drama with the 60 minutes crew on a Philippines' Coast Guard ship.

We see in the video that there was a collision with a Chinese Coast Guard ship. The Philippines' ship was hit on the starboard side.

If you are on a collision course with another vessel approaching from your starboard side, you are the give way vessel and they are the stand-on vessel. The Philippines ship was supposed to alter their course to avoid the collision. The Chinese ship had the right of way.

The Chinese are correct, it was clearly staged propaganda.

It once shocked me to read posts created in the USA that favors China. Earlier they favored the Soviet Union. Watch the video again. The Chinese were wrong to hit the ship of the Philippines.
