The citizens of Pittsburgh are NOT paying for the decals. The Pittsburgh Bureau of Police Command fund is picking up the tab. You would have known that if you were endowed with the ability to read and a long enough attention span to comprehend the material.

Uh huh and where does THAT money come from?

Most likely donations. You never had a telemarketer from your local police bureau call before?

I don't live in the City of Pittsburgh. I do live right down the road from it though.
