Anaheim is Orange County which is the most conservative county in LA metro. So don't think it has anything to do with free speech or politics.

You are almost correct - WV is right up there in the top 10 as are Louisiana, Nebraska, Indiana and Iowa.

I see that Idaho is still tops in inbound moves. That Boise area where I spent 1999-2018 is really popping.

Not because they are conservative (they're not). Boise State - a top research and science university - the growth of high tech and the rich variety of outdoor activities have a lot to do with it.
