What I do support are RICO provisions where victims of racketeering can claim property as restitution, such as cases where communities can claim houses abused for human or drug trafficking.

By rewarding citizens for enforcing laws and cracking down on illegal drugs and gangs, then we can save tax dollars by converting these resources into community programs instead of charging taxpayers twice, once for the problems and once for the solutions.

Use restitution from the crime problems to pay for prevention, and quit charging taxpayers and growing more govt bureaucracy profiting off crime and conflicts...
