Don't get me wrong. I haven't the slightest problem with academics. They are the source of most of our knowledge of the universe. They seem to be YOUR problem. You can't find an actual evidence to support your charges against the IPCC, so now you've come up with this one. They must be evil because they're academics. Sorry, but that is getting really pathetic.
I think between accepting the overwhelming conclusions of better than 95% of the world's climate scientsts and trusting the fossil fuel industry to give you the real truth, it's not me that's the easily fooled cult dupe.
