Personally, I cannot fathom why any person with any shred of personal integrity, personal dignity, or moral character would consider such as Shrillery as the leading representative of this country, or any other.

No he really didn't. He barely laid out any policy or plans at all. His only real points he ever made were "Voted against Iraq War" and "Let's adopt the Metric System"
There really isn't much more to him than that. Hence why he got 0% support throughout most of his run. His debate performance was god awful and he was probably the weakest candidate on either side, and that includes Pataki.
