No one is forced to play for the NFL, whether they draft you or not.

The NFL wanted Gerald R. Ford to play, the future President said "no thanks" and went to law school instead. The Tremendous Bruno Sammartino was recruited for the NFL as well- chose to decline the offer in favor of pursuing a career in the King of Sports.

No one in the NFL forces people to play. If you don't want to enter the NFL, you don't have to sign. And if you sign once, you don't have to sign agaiin as Kaep himself knows.
