Maybe in the Dems distorted world there is no rule of law, but here in the real 'merica law is what we have. And according to that law, you are innocent until proven guilty. In order to be found guilty you need solid evidence, proof and/or credible witnesses. You can not throw someone under the bus based on 'maybe, I don't know, I don't remember', or nothing to back it up.
Think of it this way......what happens at the Supreme Court level, will eventually happen at the local level. If you were out shopping and someone called the police saying they thought you were shoplifting, but wasn't sure...….wouldn't you want them to have something more by way of evidence than just their woulda, shoulda, coulda's???
