Homelessness is a complicated thing. A friend of mine--trump supporter; she bow hunts, has some AR 15s, moved to Wisconsin so she can shoot them without anyone raising an eyebrow--had a good point one day. Not to compare humans and animals but she was stating that now that you’ve arrested the guy with 30 dogs because they are malnourished, the dogs are now going to be un-nourished. Same with the people in the complex to some degree. Some home is better than no-home right?

Reading more about this incident, the apartment complex was already targeted to be condemned and local law enforcement was serving the eviction notices. Meanwhile, local gangs were terrorizing the unit, with firearms, to have residents pay them rent instead of their landlord.
