Since the EX-FBI Director testified recently that Hillary Clinton DID break the law and jeopardize national security - but HE decided not to recommend indictment / prosecution because Hillary was TOO STUPID TO KNOW SHE WAS DOING IT - the NEW FBI Director certainly has every right to re-open the case and do what Comey did not have the professionalism and integrity to do.

Comey firing could spur new review of Clinton case, immunity deals, ex-agent says

"Brian Weidner, a veteran former FBI agent, suggested both the case and the immunity deals struck during that investigation could be revisited.

"I would be surprised if they did not review all the investigations regarding HRC and come up with [a] conclusion regarding prosecution. The statute of limitations hasn't come into play yet," he said in an email to Fox News.

As for the immunity deals struck with key players in the Clinton orbit, he noted those deals are “with the government, so in theory it wouldn't change.”

However, he wrote, “a new AG and new director may take a good look at the entire case, and if anyone who received immunity did not live up to their agreement, like Huma [Abedin] with the classified documents on her computer, the deal is off and they are potential targets again.”

thats my hope , a new 'fbi' head , an Attorney General Jeff Sessions and his team plus Trump giving the thumbs up . I'm thinking 'ben ghazi' , fast and furious gun deals , clinton meeting lynch on the tarmac in a plane for a private meeting and hopefully more Easy .

Unfortunately even if there are grounds to prosecute Hillary over the emails (as I believe), it has become to politicized. It may be better for America to let her slide as long as she never runs for office again.

'Too politicized to prosecute her for breaking laws and endangering national security' is as stupid as saying 'Hillary wasn't prosecuted because she was too stupid to know she was doing it'.

This is the main reason that the Democrats are having cows. Even the Democrats know there is no collusion with the Russians, but there is ample evidence that Clinton has broken a number of laws. A new FBI Director could turn the entire investigation and its conclusions over to Jeff Sessions with recommendations that it be pursued.

Which is why Democrats are worried. If it was a Republican and the shoe on the other foot, they would not care one whit about how political it would look. They go after their enemy regardless of the fallout. It is actually one of the more admirable traits they have.

'It might be better to LET HILLARY SLIDE' - Get away with breaking numerous laws and endangering national security. No, it WOULD be especially more beneficial / better for 'Crooked Hillary' and the crooked Democrats if the GOP / Americans were kind enough to ignore Hillary's crimes...while they continue to try to manufacture a scandal against Trump in which there is no evidence to support their claims in an attempt to Impeach Trump.

I see that Today's Deflection de Jure is H. Clinton. How are those indictments coming along?

We're having cows? Oh? :cow::cow::cow:

Who cares, but lets focus on Hillary instead of our president ...:scared1:

There continues to be NO EVIDENCE to support the FAKE claims against Trump, but Hillary has already been proven guilty as hell. You seem to have things backwards - 'Pay no attention to the fact that Ex-FBI Director Comey declared Hillary is GUILTY of breaking laws and endangering Natl Security - let's focus on the fake news snowflake accusations against Trump!'

focus should be on illary , mrobama , l. lynch , holder and all mrobamas people EWings !!

So, in the 10+ months Trump has been under multiple investigations for false claims launched by snowflakes not only has no evidence been found to support those claims, the NSA, FBI, Ex-Obama officials, Democrats, etc have all declared their either NEVER was any evidence or there is no evidence.

During that same time it has been proven that Hillary broke laws and endangered national security, Huma Abedin broke the law and endangered national security, and the Obama administration and his loyalists still in govt service perpetrated Felony ESPIONAGE...

...and the Democrats / snowflakes demand that all the attention remain on the false accusations levied against Trump.

Okay... I was wrong.... Hillary needs to be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

It's not just Clinton. It's all the Democrats, all their minions..and a good number of Republicans too..and not just in FEDERAL offices.

And very few of our Congressmen are acting responsibly or even legally, as it pertains to the JOB that they are paid to do.

And they are crapping fucking cookies, as they should.
