U.S. cities see spike in homicides, report says - CNNPolitics.com

"The report, issued by the Major Cities Chiefs Association on Friday, analyzed crime reported by 63 municipal and county departments from more than 50 cities and metropolitan areas, including New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Washington and Miami. Combined, the agencies reported 1,365 homicides through March, up from 1,251 over the same period last year.

The agencies also reported increases in rapes, robberies, aggravated assaults and non-fatal shootings."


In the vast majority of big metropolitan areas in the US murder, attempted murder, rape, robbery, assault and battery are well up! A reverse in the trend of violent crimes decreasing for more than 2 decades.

There is only one culprit. The BLM and liberal war on police!

Well, so much for 2AGuy's theory that more armed citizens = safer streets.

"This administration makes policy decisions that are rooted in evidence," Earnest said at a White House briefing. "We can't make broad, sweeping policy decisions or draw policy conclusions based on anecdotal evidence. That's irresponsible and ultimately counterproductive."

I'll be waiting for the police chiefs to tell us what is causing the spike in crime, not Comey, pouting in his DC office. Apparently, NYC is doing something right. Could there be a Ferguson affect? Sure. But that is more thanks to the media than BLM. BLM has a point. The media would sell their grandma if it would bring in viewers.

Thank Mayor Guiliani for turning NY around. It was his policies that did the impossible in NY.
