No problem and Cohen DID plead guilty to campaign funding violations but the violations he plead to involved exceeding the personal donation limit (which are around $5200) because in the plea the pay offs were being considered campaign contributions. However if the CNBC story is true, the money didn't come out of Cohens pocket, it came out of Trump's business so Cohen copped to crimes he didn't actually commit, which isn't uncommon in plea deals.

In 2019, that would mean no more judicial nominees or presidential appointments would need to be made as the Democrats are committed to not confirming them. I guess it could save the President a lot of time, no more judicial or ambassadorial interviews.

Not sure about that. No matter how many parties we have; you’ll have party patronage ruling the day. I prefer codified rules in the Senate and House and Congress in general to dictate what happens in every situation; not all whatever party steward to make the rules up that benefits the party .

I object to every politician who lies to me. obammy told me that my health insurance wouldn't go up. that affects me directly and that's the biggest lie that someone can commit one that affects me. I give two shits about lies about dates in the past that have nothing to do with me, trump's money matters don't affect me personally, nor you, so why in a day when every mofo politician lies, does that one bother you so much. It doesn't affect you at all.
