She was lawfully shot by a police office, after several warnings that she would be shot, while willfully and knowingly participating in an attack on the US capital during which there were numerous threats to the lives of members of congress and the Vice-President of the United States. She and the others she was with were warned at least 5 times that they would be shot on sight if they attempted to break through the door, and did tried to break through the door and was shot. It was completely justified.
