Unfortunately, they're not using them to build anything. Nor are the 9 hammer-wielding members of the Supreme Court or the dude swinging a hammer in the White House.

I think it was Will Rogers who said it first, congress going into session gives you a feeling like you get when you walk into a room and discover that Baby has got hold of a hammer...
