I am all for having a healthy eye on our government. Checks and balances. Video cameras. Whatever. But at what level? And how much to we rally the idea of not trusting the government?

Our government...compare it to others. Compare how we are treated by our cops....to how people are treated by cops in Mexico, Cuba, Russian, China, North Korea, Vietnam, much of Europe, Africa.

We have it fucking great here. Our government (right or wrong) gives out free housing, free food, free phones, just plain old free money. And they barely even beat or kill us for it.


To be honest, Im more worried about how a company who hires me will treat me than I am about how the US, county or city government will.

The anti-government pep rallies lately are pushing a lot of unstable people over the edge...for a cause that just is NOT realistic.
