I don't know that we need to abolish the IRS but we sure has shit need to SERIOUSLY redo the tax code. It's just way out there right now, enough so that even IRS agents/lawyers don't even know what the hell is in the code.

As to Cummings - what would you expect. If there's any truth to some of these internet websites he is not only a member of the Black Progressive Party but a named member of the Communist Party of America as well. Yes, his ass should be ousted. Do you not remember seeing the news clip of him when he was approached by reporters when Obamacare first started being discussed and being asked if it was Constitutional? My recollection is that he laughed and said "... we don't pay any attention to that around here." He took an oath to protect and defend the Constitution when he took office and if he thinks the Constitution is something to be ignored - then, yes, he needs to be ousted.
