Nursing homes are not equipped to utilize Isolation or ICU rooms. They are long term nursing facilities.

No one who needs an ICU bed is getting sent to the nursing home. These are patients who are medically stable for discharge from the hospital. Yes, nursing homes are required to be equipped to keep patients isolated.
