10 years....it's an abuse of power because there is no state of emergency,he's gonna cave by 1 or two ways,Nothing in all of Washington DC smells quite as bad as the pile of yellow shit that calls itself the GOP Senate. Twenty days into the shutdown and the Democrats are a solid block ... Not so much as a wink or a flinch. What do we see on the other side however? A growing number of soiled pantalons.... Amateur little politicians with no stomach for any kind of battle. Sweating and shitting their pants like a three-year-old being chased by a grizzly bear.
Trump is not going to cave in on this one.
This is what I think will happen though.
Eventually the worried senators in the GOP flock will come together with McConnell and the Democratic Senators carrying enough votes for an override. This gets both Trump and McConnell off the hook with their constituents.Trump will declare a state of emergency and immediately 19 liberal judges will descend from the nether regions wielding lightsabers and the legal battle will begin and probably end up in the supreme Court.
Jo
R'S AND D'S will pass the bills to reopen, he will veto and they will override the veto... he can blame them...
or
he will declare his illegal and abuse of power state of emergency which will be tied up in court until he gets his final smack down, and again, he can blame the courts and Obama appointed judges....
he needs a way out, to save face...
If Trump has authority over "state of emergency" how is illegal if he uses it?
if there was one, he would have declared it when the republicans were in power the past 2 years and not wait for Rush Limbaugh and Coulter to egg him on....
this is simply political posturing... nothing more
Wrong...it is indeed an emergency and has been for ten years running.
Jo
then it is not a state of emergency...
