Are you senile? Homebase and UKC only track a very tiny portion of jobs, mostly small business. Plus UKG showed a this year cut back of -3.2% vs last years seasonal cut back of -3.1%. That is no change and statistically insignificant. ADP tracks 39M people. They reported much better numbers. BLS is later this week.

Adding 800,000 is still below Jan 2020.
We have a long way to go before reaching Jan 2020 (about 4 million more jobs)
In other words there are about 4,000,000 less people working now than then.
