Despite the crazy gibberish there that doesn't change the fact GOP has passed laws to BAN criticizing Israel. The law in Texas was already knocked down as unconstitutional and Florida just signed their law.

Wait a minute, what laws has the GOP passed to ban criticizing anybody? And what President signed such law? Have a bill number perhaps?

I don't know what the US Senate has to do with state bills, but according to both articles, they tried to ban anti-semitism.

If talking about banning violent speech that is spoken in hopes to insight riots or to committ an act of violence against another via the one using words that were intended to create anger as so to defend against it with violence immediately afterwards (otherwise setting someone up), should be banned, and I think is already covered in our laws pertaining to yelling FIRE in a crowded theater etc.

Creating new laws because someone gets their little feewings hurt is ridiculous, outrageous, and dangerous.

It doesn't seem like that's what she was talking about. Nobody could argue speech that promotes violence against people of our government or minorities should be protected. It seems like she wants to make laws against criticism of Democrat congress people. If we ever get to the point we can't opine or criticize our politicians, then we lost a free country.

She knows you can't make unconstitutional law in Congress. But you can make a congressional law where congress people are not allowed to criticize each other. I wonder if she would support something like that if a Republican proposed such a bill?
