President Jimmy Carter's grandson, the Democrat, is way above his Republican challenger, the current Republican governor, who is getting little support as of now in his quest for reelection to the Georgia governor's seat. Should State Senator Jason Carter win he would become the first Democratic governor elected in ten years to become governor of a Solid Red state. As of now I think it's safe to say that Gov. Deal, the Republican, is Toast.

Scandal taints Georgia?s GOP governor as Democratic challenger surges in polls

Cause it's not like the months between now and the election could possibly influence the outcome of the race.

How is President Guiliani doing again?

I am pretty much anti-incumbent for now, so the news matters little to me.

Just had to say, isn't it kinda lame to have your own quote in your sig line? :eusa_whistle:

Even the Georgia Republican Party is turning against Deal.

Just take a look at their website: GAGOP

Immediately upon entering, you're bombarded with images of President Obama and Deal's Democratic opponent, Jason Carter.

If the Georgia GOP keeps it up, I won't be able to call them Wrongpublicans any longer. Supporting President Obama is anything but wrong.

Props, Georgia.
