Democrat War on Slurpees

Shall we also ban progressives?

The entire argument reminds Me of the discussion by progressives arguing that students have too deep a debt load when they graduate, but remain absolutely silent on the fact that they have put a 50k dollar debt load on you before you have even drawn your first breath.

The problem is government. It needs to be caged and healed.

Well true.

We should get rid of the all Federal, State, City employees. We should go from a professional military back to part time militias..as mandated by the Constitution. The Federal government should NOT be purchasing items from private business. If it can't make it..it shouldn't be used.

We can finally..get to the Conservative idea of Utopia.

Somalia.

THAT's true unfettered capitalism.
You should go read the Constitution once again. You seemed to have failed to comprehend it.

Actually..you should read it.

No where in the Constitution is any mandate for police, fire or sanitation.

The navy is the only permanent part of the military..as prescribed by funding.

The army is to be used as needed. The funding of which is voted on every two years.

Militias are in several clauses of the constitution. And the Continental Army was disbanded shortly after the revolution.

There's nothing about an Air Force.

So in other words.

You have no fucking idea what you are talking about.

No where in the Constitution is any mandate for police, fire or sanitation. That is because it is a State and County function, not a federal one.

The navy is the only permanent part of the military..as prescribed by funding. That is correct. It is a military, is it not? We fund a MILITARY, do we not?

The army is to be used as needed. The funding of which is voted on every two years. It is needed, each and every day. Gee...imagine that.

Militias are in several clauses of the constitution. And the Continental Army was disbanded shortly after the revolution. The militas are citizen reserves. Your becoming a joke rather rapidly.

There's nothing about an Air Force. Again, it is a MILITARY.

So in other words.

You have no fucking idea what you are talking about.

I Know that I know what I'm talking about. You however.......not so much.

Ah..so according to you..the state is allowed to engage in socialism. Interesting.

The navy, army and militias are defined as separate entities. Nowhere is there an Air Force. Again..you need to read the Constitution.

The Militias weren't meant to be "reserves"..they were meant to be the ground forces.

And there are only two reasons listed for entering a war in the Constitution. Repel invasions and suppress insurrection..which is why the army was never meant to be a permanent fixture.

But heck..Point to a clause that says "Militias are reserves". There isn't one. Congress has the power OVER militias...because they are NOT reserves.

Doesn't matter. It is part of our MILITARY, and since the Constitution specifically authorizes a expenditures on defense of this nation (A Navy which is a MILITARY), he has no leg to stand on.

Though I fully expect him and others to spend the rest of their day making shit up. Me, I have better things to do.

Ah..so it's a living Constitution now?

:lol:

Justification for government control over slurpees is the military? We need a military, therefore, the government should regulate slurpees. It makes no sense. There is no logic there. Notice Bloomber's kindness. You can always buy TWO of whatever it was you wanted. It will just cost you a bit more to have what you want.

The Constitution didn't usurp State rights to engage in socialism.

You intend to duck the question, don't you?

Are Slurpees banned or not?

Damn, you are ignorant. The question isn't whether or not Slurpees are banned.

But the practice of slurping is being regulated.

So I asked our resident homo Seawytch if all slurping should be regulated, and it ducked the question.

Perhaps you are qualified to answer for us?

I did answer. I said that we should control portion size for gay men.

Why did you lie in your OP? Bloomberg is a Republican.

The Constitution makes distinctions between military entities.

You wouldn't know that..having never read it.

Ah..so according to you..the state is allowed to engage in socialism. Interesting. I made no such claim. But go ahead and run with that.

The navy, army and militias are defined as separate entities. Nowhere is there an Air Force. Again..you need to read the Constitution. They are defined as Armed Services, are they not? Our Armed Services are defined as the MILITARY.....get used to the idea, cause we're going to need them for centuries.

The Militias weren't meant to be "reserves"..they were meant to be the ground forces. Militias are citizen reserves of the States. It really cannot be better defined. I suggest comprehension classes.

And there are only two reasons listed for entering a war in the Constitution. Repel invasions and suppress insurrection..which is why the army was never meant to be a permanent fixture.

Better get to reading. Have a nice day.

That wasn't the question. Should homosexuality be regulated since said slurping has proven association to the health risk of spreading AIDS?

Is the question too hard for you?

Are you always this wrong? I'm thinking yes.....

Well, since obesity is one of the prime health issues in this nation, taxing 'foods' that have little nutrative value, but high calories, might be one way to pay for the extra health care cost created by this products.

We should tax fat people. Any BMI over 12% should be taxed at $1,000 per pound. Any retard that fails basic testing should be removed from society as well. Next, I'd like to see large baby strollers banned from city streets, subways and parks. Anyone caught using one should be fined or placed in jail. Alll of these are menaces to society and should be controlled.

Are you always this wrong? I'm thinking yes.....

Except I'm not.

Let me introduce to the clauses..because this might shock you..sit down..

Section 8 - Powers of Congress

To raise and support Armies, but no Appropriation of Money to that Use shall be for a longer Term than two Years;

To provide and maintain a Navy;

To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions;

To provide for organizing, arming, and disciplining, the Militia, and for governing such Part of them as may be employed in the Service of the United States, reserving to the States respectively, the Appointment of the Officers, and the Authority of training the Militia according to the discipline prescribed by Congress;

It's in plain english.

And there are several clauses that support my argument.

None..support yours.

Next, we should stop people from shitting so much. It's costing a fortune to clean the waterways and maintain the sewage infrastructure and it's a health hazard. One bowel movement per day per person. Maybe put a state run locking toilet lid on every household bowl and you have to feed it money to take that extra shit. This would cut down on costs and generate revenue.
