Just like republicrats insist they're going to get rid of it, then after the election the few who actually stand by that pledge are demonized as extremists.

It is a win for health insurers. But some of the provisions were very much needed. So like I said, it's far from perfect, but at least everyone gets to 'enjoy' our shitty system now and not just those who could afford it and don't have pre-existing conditions.
